An adult is a person or animal who has reached full growth.The biological meaning of the word means an animal reaching sexual maturity and thus capable of reproduction. Within the human realm, adults refer to social and legal concepts. An adult who is legally mature and not "minors" (also known as non-adults), is someone who is over the age of majority and is consequently considered responsible, independent, and self-sufficient. It is also possible to view them as"major" or "major". The general consensus is that the threshold at which an individual can legally become an adult is 18. However, this can be different based on rights under the law and countries and also on the psychological state.

The period of human development in which full physical and mental maturation has been achieved. Many people believe that the age of adulthood is attained when you are 20 or greater. The adulthood process is split into three distinct stages: young adulthood (18-mid-30s) between mid-30s and the mid-60s and late adulthood mid-60s until end of life. When we enter the age of early adulthood (20 to the early 40s) our physical growth is complete, although our weight and height could increase a bit. During young adulthood we reach the highest level of physical abilities.
